Crafted by Eléonore Moreau, the only independent winemaker in the small village of Poilly-sur-Serein, this Chablis Premier Cru embodies purity, depth, and precision. A patient and organic approach reveals the terroir’s tension and chalky minerality in its most authentic form.

Finish: Long, chiseled, and chalky — marked by the signature “pierre à fusil” note that defines great Chablis terroir
