TECHNICAL FEATURES

Vineyard: Hillside vineyards with medium-grain soils rich in marl from the Eocene period
Altitude: 240–360 metres above sea level
Vinification: Fermentation and refinement in stainless-steel and glass-lined concrete vats; temperature controlled through cooling plates and jackets
Aging: More than 24 months in 20–62 hL Slavonian oak barrels, followed by over 8 months of bottle refinement
Colour: Ruby red tending toward garnet
Alcohol: 14% (approx.)
