TECHNICAL FEATURES

Climate: Dry summers and cool nights, ideal for maintaining acidity and aromatic intensity
Soil: Free-draining alluvial gravels and silt loams
Harvest: Early April (3-day picking window)
Vinification: Grapes were destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks using two different yeasts in co-fermentation to build texture and aromatic complexity
Maturation: Frequent bâtonnage post-fermentation for roundness, then cold-settled, fined, and bottled under screw cap to preserve fruit purity
Alcohol: 12.5%
