A pure expression of Sicily’s sunlit hillsides, Benedè Catarratto showcases the elegance and freshness of one of the island’s most historic native varieties. Cultivated organically by the Alessandro di Camporeale family, this wine reflects a perfect balance of Mediterranean ripeness, minerality, and aromatic finesse.

VINIFICATION

Fermentation: Soft pressing and cold static settling, followed by fermentation in stainless steel at controlled temperature (16–18 °C)
Maturation: 6 months on fine lees in stainless steel to enhance texture and aromatic complexity
Bottle aging: Minimum 2 months before release

Colour: Pale straw yellow with bright green reflections
Nose: Fragrant and expressive, with notes of citrus, white peach, and orange blossom, layered with hints of Mediterranean herbs
Palate: Fresh and vibrant, revealing lively acidity, delicate minerality, and a persistent, savoury finish
