France New Releases White Wines Domaine Jessiaume Auxey-Duresses Blanc 2024 Published: July 30, 2026 Domaine Jessiaume, founded in Santenay in 1850 and certified organic since 2016, farms this Auxey-Duresses Chardonnay on clay-limestone soils. Whole clusters are pressed, fermented naturally in oak and aged 12 months on the lees with only 15% new wood, followed by stainless steel. Orchard fruit, citrus, yellow fruit and fine minerality lead to a broad, elegant and persistent finish. Serve at 11–13°C with roast poultry, lobster, scallops, monkfish, creamy pasta, mushrooms or Comté. Cellar five to seven years.
