When you submit an order, a representative will contact you to confirm your order details. An invoice for the agency fees will be sent with online payment options. The balance is to be paid at the SAQ, when you collect your order. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all forms of online payments including Paypal and Credit Card. How long does an order take before it’s ready for pickup? An order from the SAQ will take about 7-10 business days to process. The SAQ will contact you directly when your order is ready. The SAQ hasn’t contacted me in over 14 days, what do I do? If you haven’t been contacted by the SAQ after 14 business days, please contact us so we can assist you. How many bottles are in a case? Cases are made up of either 1, 3, 6 or 12 bottles as indicated under UVC (unité de vente consommateur) on our list. I bought a wine at the SAQ once, but can’t find it anymore Product availability varies depending on in store quantities and the velocity at which the SAQ orders.
