Château Cissac

About the Winery

Located in the heart of the Haut-Médoc, between Saint-Estèphe and Pauillac, Château Cissac is a historic estate that embodies the timeless elegance and structure of classic Médoc wines. Family-owned for generations by the Vialard family, the château combines tradition with a modern, sustainable approach to viticulture.

Its 60 hectares of vines, planted on gravelly Garonne terraces at one of the Médoc’s highest elevations, produce wines that balance power and finesse. The estate’s blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Petit Verdot reflects both the richness of the Left Bank and the freshness of its elevated terroir.

Renowned for their longevity, Château Cissac wines are crafted to evolve gracefully over time — structured, aromatic, and unmistakably Médoc in character.
