This wine has a medium acidity yet very fresh and is very drinkable. Elegant and complex, with a lovely beeswax texture and a flinty mineral finish. Vinification Process: Grapes are destemmed and cooled then softly crushed in the absense of oxygen. Fermented for 15 days at a low temperature.
