Production Area: Contrada Mandranova and Contrada Macellarotto

Tasting Notes: Bright straw yellow in appearance aromas of white peach, orange blossom and citrus with hints of almond. This wine has a medium acidity yet very fresh and is very drinkable. Elegant and complex, with a lovely beeswax texture and a flinty mineral finish. 

Vinification Process: Grapes are destemmed and cooled then softly crushed in the absense of oxygen. Fermented for 15 days at a low temperature.

Maturation Process: 6 months in stainless steel on lees followed by 2 months of bottle ageing before release

Analysis: 12.4% 

Format: 750ml, 6 bottles per case
