Cases are made up of either 1, 3, 6 or 12 bottles as indicated under UVC (unité de vente consommateur) on our list. The SAQ hasn’t contacted me in over 14 days, what do I do? If you haven’t been contacted by the SAQ after 14 business days, please contact us so we can assist you. How long does an order take before it’s ready for pickup? An order from the SAQ will take about 7-10 business days to process. The SAQ will contact you directly when your order is ready. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all forms of online payments including Paypal and Credit Card. How do I pay for my order? When you submit an order, a representative will contact you to confirm your order details.
