2020 Libourne Bordeaux Blanc Blend: 50% Semillon, 25% Sauvignon Gris, 25% Sauvignon Blanc Tasting Notes: This wine presents a beautiful pale yellow with green and golden hues. The intense nose offers aromas of white-fleshed fruit (pear) followed by oak. The palate is tense and fresh before the length of the Sauvignon Gris comes through. The long and fresh s a testament of the perfectly ripe harvest of these three grape varieties. Ageing Process: 8 months. Matured in wood, then matured on fine lees.
